Here I will be writing on issues surrounding The Next Generation of sailors, the Padawan Learners as it were. I will discuss, with a particular emphasis, activities that imbibe in them the love of sailing, an appreciation of this sailing life and to both share with them and help create for them, the experiences connected with sailing that I, and many of my contemporaries  have been fortunate to have enjoyed over 60 years.
